Tropics forecast: brand new E. Pacific tropical storm

The Atlantic remains quiet and no tropical activity is expected to develop over the next 7 days. In the eastern Pacific, the season is in full swing with a new tropical storm. "Boris" will bring flooding rains to the seaside vacation town of Acapulco today. Meteorologist Brooks Garner tracks it.
