New arrest in I-4 Volusia County deadly crash; 3 dead

After a deadly crash in Interstate-4 in Volusia County on Oct. 4, prosecutors dropped charges against a woman arrested in connection to the crash in April and arrested a different woman, Alisa Lee Montalvo. Prosecutor's say the evidence focused on the color of the vehicle, described as the driver of a black vehicle that allegedly committed a hit-and-run. Now, they say Montalvo's maroon vehicle, may have appeared black in the dark.
