COCOA, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Brevard County Fire Rescue officials say a 6-year-old nearly drowned in a swimming pool at an apartment complex on Sunday.

It happened on University Lane.

Officials say the boy was airlifted to Arnold Palmer Hospital in Orlando.

His condition was not immediately released.
