Widespread rain over Central Florida, rain expected throughout the week

ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - More tropical downpours are expected Sunday and this week, making today a wet and humid day.

Sunday should see widespread rain with pockets of heavy downpour. Chances of a thunderstorm are minimal, if at all. Gusty winds from the south and southeast will push through, at times hitting at over 20 miles per hour during the afternoon.

Temperatures should stay in the 70s, with a high of 78 during the day. Overnight temperatures will see lows near 71. 

Monday morning and afternoon will bring more showers, but Tuesday and Wednesday will be a little less dry, with rain chances dropping to 50%.
