The National Hurricane Center has announced that a Subtropical storm has formed in the North Atlantic.

Named Debby, the subtropical storm is located 900 miles WSW of Azores and is moving North at 16 miles per hour.

Fox 35 meteorologist Kristin Giannas says that she expects Debby to be short lived, as it moves into cooler waters of the North Atlantic. It poses no threat to land.
