UCF, Memphis game rescheduled for September 30th

The University of Central Florida on Thursday announced that the Knights' home American Athletic Conference game with Memphis has been rescheduled for Sept. 30 at Spectrum Stadium.  The Sept. 30 date was to have been a non-conference game for the Knights against the University of Maine Black Bears.

The game against Memphis had originally been scheduled for Sept. 9 and was moved to Sept. 8 in advance of Hurricane Irma, before ultimately being called off.

“I greatly appreciate the willingness of all the parties involved to jump in and come up with a creative solution," said Central Florida's Head coach Scott Frost. "We’re looking forward to hosting Memphis at Spectrum Stadium.”

Season-ticket holders with a season ticket card will not be affected. Those with tickets in Roth Tower suites, Field Cabanas or the Roth Tower club should use tickets dated Sept. 30. All parking passes for the rescheduled Memphis game will utilize parking passes dated Sept. 30. Single-game tickets for the originally-scheduled Sept. 8/9 Memphis game will need to be exchanged for a Sept. 30 ticket. For all other ticket-related questions, please call 407.823.1000 when normal operations resume on campus at 9 a.m. Friday or email tickets@athletics.ucf.edu.

In addition to the re-scheduling of the Memphis contest, White said UCF is also looking for an opponent that could replace Maine on the schedule.
