ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - An Orlando City fan is out of jail on bond after rushing the field and heading straight towards team captain Kaká.
According to 20-year-old Nicholas Varon's arrest affidavit, he jumped out of the stands and onto the field moments after the Lions beat the Montreal Impact in the last minutes of the game.
Varon is now charged with disorderly conduct. He tells FOX 35 he did not want to harm Kaká but was hoping to hug him and get his autograph.
Orlando Police trespassed Varon from Camping World Stadium for a year, so he will not be allowed to attend any more Orlando City home games this season.
