The final countdown to Election Day begins as early voting ends

More than 5 million Floridians have already casted their ballot, but early voting is officially over now, kicking off the final countdown to Election Day on Tuesday.

This last weekend of campaigning brought out big names to rally for their choice of Governor. Republican Ron DeSantis was supported by Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and former Mayor Rudy Giuliani on Sunday, while Democratic Andrew Gillum was supported by a group of Latin actresses, including Eva Longoria and Zoe Saldana

Ron DeSantis and Andrew Gillum are neck and neck in the fight to be Florida's next Governor. Meanwhile, Senator Bill Nelson is in a tight Senate race with current Governor Rick Scott. On Saturday, a poll revealed that Scott had a slight lead over Nelson, leading 49.1% to 47.5%. But since then, AP has reported that the Democrats have the edge. Both Senator Bill Nelson and Florida Gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum have a 7-point lead in their races, according to a new poll.

Anyone who still needs to cast their ballot will have to do so when polls open on Election Day. For information on those running and the amendments you'll have to vote on, visit HERE.
