Flagler Beach Police pulled over Sherri Crane and said she was slurring her words, and smelled of alcohol.
Police say she failed a sobriety test.
It all started when a Flagler officer noticed the car Crane was in stopped and saw two people get out of the car and switch spots.
Police say a 15 year old in the car told police she was trying to drive home because Crane appeared to have too much to drink.
She said Crane made her get out of the driver's seat and Crane got in.
One of the 15 year old girls in the car jumped out of the moving vehicle a few minutes later, too afraid to be in the car.
Police say Crane kept going until police pulled her over.
This is Crane's 3rd DUI arrest. She's also charged with child neglect. Police say she had a blood alcohol level two times the legal limit.
