Police say four armed suspects got out of a blue-colored Mazda.

One suspect ran toward Cullen Boulevard and three others ran up to a dark green Kia Sedona.

Police released shocking surveillance video of the suspects, described only as black males between 18 to 25 years of age.

In the video you see them, carjacking a woman and her 11-month-old niece at gunpoint.

One of the suspects can also be seen firing multiple shots, which struck both victims.

Thankfully, neither the woman nor the child was harmed.

Mertroy Harris, 27, was arrested and charged with murder and felony deadly conduct for his involvement in the killing of Sam Johnson, 53, of Houston.

The second victim has been identified as Walter Fields, 22. Fields was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening wounds.

Further investigation identified Harris as the suspect who ran toward Cullen Boulevard and he was taken into custody on Tuesday without incident.  The three other suspects are still on the loose.
