Motorcyclist found dead on I-4 ramp; police suspect murder

Orlando police are asking witnesses to come forward in a homicide on the highway.

Late Thursday night, Officers responded to a report of a fatal motorcycle accident on the entrance ramp to I-4 eastbound from S.R. 408 eastbound.

"Upon their arrival, they realized that it was a homicide, not just and accident," said Orlando police Sgt. Wanda Ford.

The roadway was shut down for hours as detectives investigated.

The victim has been identified as Nathan Joseph, 31, of Orlando. He was riding a Yamaha motorcycle.

The medical examiner will determine a cause of death.

On Friday, police did not say what led them to believe the man was murdered.

The Orlando Police Department is asking for witnesses to come forward.
