Police: 2 dead after shooting at Titusville hospital

Titusville police said two people are dead following a shooting at Parrish Medical Center early Sunday morning.
Police said the shooter went into the hospital at 951 North Washington Avenue around 2 a.m., Sunday and went to the third floor.
Police said the man, later identified as 30-year-old David Owens went into the hospital, through the emergency room and up to the third floor where he shot two people.
Police said Owens was taken into custody when officers arrived at the hospital, but the motive remains unknown.
Owens was quickly stopped by hospital security guards who tackled him and held him down for police, officials said.
Police said Owens was booked into the Brevard County jail and charged with two counts of murder.
The victims were identified as 88-year-old Cynthia Zingsheim and 36-year-old Carrie Rouzer.  Rouzer worked for Parrish Medical Center.
Investigators have not been able to determine a motive at this time, nor any connection to the victims. They are continuing to investigate this incident, police said.
