The Brevard County Grand Jury issued a first-degree premeditated murder indictment, charging 25-year-old Stephen Warrington with the April 18 murder of Jillian Kusznir.

Kusznir's body was found in the trunk of an abandoned car in Palm Bay following the alleged attack.  Warrington was arrested a few days later at a home where investigators believe Kusznir was killed.  Authorities say they found Kusznir inside the trunk of the car located near the residence.

Palm Bay police Cmdr. John Resh said Kusznir's killing wasn't random and that she and Warrington had arranged to meet at the home beforehand.

The grand jury returned an additional charge of robbery with a deadly weapon against Warrington, who remains in the Brevard County Jail without bond.  Warrington is scheduled for a first-appearance on the formal charges at the Brevard County Jail on Wednesday.
