Earthquake Zone Dealing with Aftershocks

AMATRICE, Italy - Another strong aftershock has rattled the already devastated area of central Italy.

The 4.8 magnitude aftershock caused even more damage to crumbled buildings in the town of Amatrice.

The area has experienced more than 500 aftershocks in the two days following the original quake.

The death toll has now reached 267 people as search and rescue crews continue to look for survivors.
