Man accused of shooting at George Zimmerman bonds out

The man charged with shooting at George Zimmerman on Monday bonded out Saturday afternoon.

Matthew Apperson had made his first appearance before a judge Saturday morning.

A Seminole County judge set Matthew Apperson's bond at $35,000.

Apperson must turn in his firearms and ammunition to the Seminole County Sheriff's Office within 24 hours of his release.

He has also been ordered to stay away from Zimmerman.

Apperson's arrest stems from an incident that happened Monday afternoon in Lake Mary.

Police say Apperson fired one shot into Zimmerman's vehicle.

Zimmerman sustained minor injuries from debris.

Apperson faces one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, one count of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and firing a deadly missile into an occupied conveyance.

Apperson's arraignment has been set for June 23 at 1:30 p.m.
