Woman who sued Casey Anthony bonds out of jail

Zenaida Gonzalez stepped into the national spotlight when she filed a lawsuit against Casey Anthony claiming the young mom ruined her good name when she said a nanny by the same name kidnapped her baby Caylee.

Osceola County Sheriffs deputies say the  45-year-old Gonzalez and her 26-year-old boyfriend Jonathan Acevedo are charged with theft of a credit card and grand theft.

"The investigation began in mid-December, an individual came forward indicated that his 64-year-old friend was in the hospital with a serious medical condition. While he was in the hospital, his friend got a notice that somebody might be using his credit card," said Osceola County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Twis Lizasuain.

Deputies say the victim who's been battling cancer lives at the Star Motel in Kissimmee, .the same motel where Gonzalez and Acevedo live and work cleaning carpets to pay for their room.

"While he was in the hospital, they were cleaning his room, they found the credit card in his room and began making making purchases on that card," Lizasuain said.

Deputies say Gonzales and her boyfriend went on a two day shopping spree starting December 12th and charged up more than $850 on the victim's credit card at Walmart, Sports Authority, 7-Eleven and more.

Detectives brought the pair in for questioning on Wednesday.

Gonzales bonded out of jail late Wednesday night.

"They fully cooperated with the investigation and told detectives all the places they went to make those purchases and they said they did that out of desperation," Lizasuain said.
