Woman suffers second degree burns from fire

A woman suffered second degree burns after a fire on Wednesday morning. 

The Orange County Fire Rescue says that the fire took place on Water Hyacinth Drive. They went on to say that a woman sustained second degree burns on her chest, face, and arms during the fire. She was transported to Florida Hospital East. 

Fire units say that the victim was melting wax on the stove when it caught fire. She attempted to put water on it when it flashed, causing the burns.
