Suspects accused of murdering roommate over Playstation are due in court

The two men accused of murdering their former roommate over a Playstation are due back in court on Tuesday.

Jake Bilotta and Ian McClurg are scheduled to be arrainged and enter official pleas in the case. 

Bilotta and McClurg, both in their early 20s, are charged in the case.

Bilotta, who is accused of the actual murder, is facing charges of stabbing their former roommate to death after an argument over a Playstation gaming system. 

McClurg is charged with Accessory After the Fact, Tampering With Evidence, and Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Capital Murder for his role. 

Invesitgators say that the suspects tried to place the body of their roommate, 24-year-old Joshua Barnes, into plastic bags when another roommate came home and called 911.

Investigators say the two suspects believed Barnes stole thier Playstation after getting evicted, so they lured him back to their home for revenge. 

Barnes' family continues to mourn his death, saying that he was a loving father to his four-year-old son.
