ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - An Orlando family is out of their home Monday night after a house fire sparked up.
A fire truck was still parked at the Conway neighborhood this Tuesday morning, just in case any flareups occur. Firefighters have been on scene all night, as they check the inside of the home to take a look at the damage. The damage is mostly in the roof of the home, especially as part of the roof is missing.
Also, after firefighters battled the sudden blaze, they were seen ripping the garage door to check for any victims inside. Thankfully, no one was home and thus, no one was injured.
The Battalion Chief said that there is a very good chance that this fire was weather-related because there was so much lightning on Monday night. The lightning did not let up once firefighters arrived and there was concerns for the crews as they fought the flames.
