Jackson was last seen on Saturday, February 9th at a 7-Eleven.

Volunteers searched through woods and thick brush for days. Her body was found in Osceola County one week after her disappearance.

Her family said Jackson was recently a victim in an open burglary and sexual assault case.

The  Cocoa Beach Police Department confirmed that Taylor was charged last year with breaking into Jackson’s home and assaulting her. They said she gave a deposition just three days before she disappeared.

The trial is expected to start in July.
