Sketch released of suspect in UCF incidents

Police at the University of Central Florida say they now have five reports of a man trying to inappropriately grab women on campus.

Two students came forward this week after seeing all the recent alerts, and on Thursday, investigators released a sketch of the suspect. They hope this picture will bring in more tips to identify the suspect.

Now that more students have contacted police, UCF police say the suspicious incidents date back to November.  One woman reported that on Nov. 10 that a man followed her from the Business Administration 2 Building to Parking Garage C, asked her for help with his car, and then touched her thigh.

The most recent attack, which happened earlier this week, was also in Parking Garage C, and the student gave police a very similar description of what happened.

Police say they've been increasing patrols and are offering extra self-defense classes for women who want to sign up.  Anyone with information is asked to contact university police.
