Two people shot on Florida Turnpike in apparent road rage incident

Florida Highway Patrol are investigating a shooting on the Florida Turnpike Saturday morning.

Call came in around 10:15 a.m. near the 272 mile marker in the southbound lanes.

Troopers say it started from a road rage incident, then someone from a gray Toyota Camry shot two people in a Chevy Impala.

The two victims, a 37-year-old man and a 17-year-old woman, were taken to the hospital.

Traffic was blocked while authorities investigated.

State troopers are looking for the suspect and the suspect's car.
