Rollins College ranked No.1 among regional universities

Rollins College tied with Elon University for No. 1 among 126 regional universities in the South in the annual rankings of "Best Colleges," released on Wednesday by U.S. News & World Report. This is the 10th year that Rollins has been named to the top spot in this category, which is comprised of schools that provide a full range of undergraduate and master's-level programs. Rollins has been included among the top regional universities since the ranking of the nation's top schools began in 1987.
The "best college" rankings are based on surveys of college officials, combined with data provided by institutions, including student selectivity, faculty resources, financial resources, graduation and retention rates, and alumni giving.  A newsstand version of the "Best Colleges 2016" guidebook will be in stores on September 29 and is available at the U.S. News Store.
