Police need help to ID woman found wandering

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Daytona Beach police officers are asking for help from the public in identifying a woman who appeared at Florida Memorial Hospital, seemingly lost.

She has several disabilities and officer say it is difficult for her to communicate her name or where she resides.

The appears to be in her late 20s or early 30s.  She is about 4 feet tall and weighs 140 pounds and may answer to the name of "Jennifer."

The woman is in good physical health but officers are diligently attempting to reunite her with her family or caretaker.
