Police: Man burglarized home, sexually assaulted woman

ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 Orlando) - Orlando Police are searching for a suspect who forced his way into a home and sexually assaulted a woman early Thursday morning. 

The incident happened around 4:30 a.m. on Hillside Avenue. 

Deputies say a sexual battery took place on an adult female therein. Neighbors described the area as safe and quiet, therefore the incident was unexpected.

“We’re new to the area and this does make us nervous, we kind of feel like we should get a security system now,” one neighbor said.

The case is under investigation and the suspect is unknown at this time.  The investigation is open and on-going.
