Pair accused of stealing dead woman's home

Two people arrested have been arrested in Volusia County, accused of stealing a home.

Authorities say paperwork for ownership of the house in Holly Hilly was fraudulently transferred to one of the suspects recently.  The only problem, according to police, is that the rightful owner of the home has been deceased for more than two years.

Joseph Tindle, 57, was arrested on Wednesday, charged with grand theft of $100,000 or more and burglary of a dwelling.  Police also arrested the person who signed over the deed, Angela Mack, 58.   She is charged with grand theft and falsely claiming to be a notary.
