Over 3,000 jellyfish stings in last three weeks at Volusia County beaches
VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Jellyfish stings continue to make waves at the beach as the summer heats up.
Volusia County Beach Patrol says another 282 people were stung Saturday. The number is up from 111 on Friday.
That brings the total number of jellyfish stings to more than 3,000 in just the past three weeks.
