Orlando Police Department changing horse clean up policy

- The Orlando Police Department is setting its sights on an unlikely target to help clean up the streets focusing now on its policy towards horse manure.

For year the department's policy did not require officers to pick up after their horses, but the Orlando Sentinel reports (http://bit.ly/1UvkpdN) the department has now decided that clashes with the city's environmental message.

The new policy would be to clean up after the horses anytime, anywhere. The department says it wants to lead by example.
