Nasty bug hits Sterling Park Elementary staff

CASSELBERRY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Approximately 20 Sterling Park Elementary staff are suspected to have contracted the Norovirus Infection last week.

Seminole County Public Schools is working with the Florida Department of Health to ensure precautionary measures are taken at the Casselberry school to sterilize surface areas in order to protect others from contracting the Norovirus Infection.

Cleaning crews were at the school on Sunday and Monday, disinfecting and sanitizing the entire campus as a precaution to ensure the spreading of the virus does not occur.
