Man who installs security cameras charged with three counts of Video Voyeurism

A Longwood man has been charged with three counts of Video Voyeurism on multiple victims, according the Seminole County Sheriff's Office.

They say their investigation started on August 8th when deputies were called to a residence in reference to a victim who discovered hidden cameras in multiple bedrooms and bathrooms are that she and two of her adult children frequent. 

Upon reviewing the video from one of the cameras, the sheriff's office says that a male resembling the suspect can be seen setting up a camera in one of the bedrooms. The victim later positively identified James West as the man shown in the video. She also indicated that West previously resided with her in the residence. 

Other evidence was reportedly collected to establish probable cause to charge West with three counts of Video Voyeurism. He was arrested and booked into the John E. Polk Correctional Facility. He has since posted $6,000 bond.
