Man who escaped Ohio prison, found in Florida could be set free
A man who disappeared from an Ohio prison camp in 1959 and was arrested in Florida could get parole. A hearing for Frank Freshwater has been set for February. A prison board in Ohio will consider if he should be set free. Freshwater was found in Brevard county in May 2015. He was living in a trailer near Melbourne. He had been serving time for manslaughter when he disappeared.
