Man hit in face with beer, SUV rammed in Daytona Beach road rage

In a bizarre case of road rage, one man was struck by beer cans thrown at him by another driver, which even busted his SUV window. The victim says that he feared for his life as the incident continued to escalate.
Michael, who was too shook up to talk on camera, said he was driving westbound on Mason Ave when he attempted to pass a pick-up truck. However, the other driver wouldn’t let him over, even getting into Michael’s lane to block him. Michael said he switched lanes, and pulled up next to the truck at the light.
Michael told the occupants of the truck to “chill out,” prompting one of them to throw a beer at him. Michael said he drove off from the light but was chased down the road by the truck. Another beer was thrown, which broke Michael’s window.
Finally a third beer hit him in the head. Michael said that is when the confrontation got even more dangerous.
"That’s a very dangerous situation," Daytona Beach Police’s said. "The driver of the silver pick-up truck also intentionally rammed the victim’s vehicle."
21-year-old Roberto Gonzalez and 18-year-old Rodrigo Ramirez were arrested and are facing criminal charges in the case.
Michael told Fox 35 the confrontation left him with headaches, back pain and general disorientation.
