Man arrested after stabbing house guest

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - A man accused of stabbing a woman inside his home appeared before a Brevard County judge on Sunday.

Benjamin Wright is accused of the stabbing. Police say it happened early on Saturday morning and showed up after someone called 911. They say that the woman stabbed was a guest at Wright's house. Wright was still at the home when police showed up so they interviewed him before arresting him.  The woman stabbed was sent to the hospital. 

Wright is facing charges of criminal conspiracy and attempted first-degree murder.
