SAINT AUGUSTINE, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - On Tuesday, DNA experts and analysts said they found Luis Toledo's 9 year old stepdaughter's blood on evidence in the murder case.
Toledo is accused of killing his wife Yessenia Suarez, and her two kids, Thalia and Michael. Their bodies were never found.
FDLE crime analysts also explained blood evidence was found in the home, in a dumpster, on boots and on a floor mat from Suarez's car.
According to the DNA experts, 13 of the 13 swabs taken in the Deltona home's master bathroom match to 9 year old Thalia.
