Hero dog recovering from snake bites after saving little girl

Donations are rolling in to help a family from Florida and their heroic dog after the brave K-9 is being credited with saving a little girl's life. 

Haus, the German Shepherd, is a member of the DeLuca family in Tampa. The family says they were in their backyard last week when the 2-year-old dog jumped between their daughter and a dangerous rattlesnake. 

Haus was bitten 3 times and he now has so much venom in his system that he is on a 24-hour anti-venom drip. 

A GoFundMe page has been set up to help cover the vet bills. As of Monday morning people have donated more than $50,000. GoFundMe Page: Help Save Haus (Rattlesnake Attack)

This story of the dog's heroic efforts have made national headlines. Haus is expected to survive his injuries. The family says all of the money raised will go towards the vet bills and if there is any extra, it will be donated to charity.
