ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Friday, October 12th, marks four months since Orlando Police Officer Kevin Valencia was shot in the head during a standoff.

Officer Valencia is still at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta. Last time we spoke to her, his wife Meghan said that he is still in a coma and has not made much progress. She also said that raising her two boys her herself has been difficult, but she knows she has to stay strong.
Officer Valencia was shot in June and has undergone several surgeries at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta.
