Florida doctors urging to reverse "Docs vs Glocks" law
A group of Florida doctors are taking aim at a controversial law known as "Docs vs Glocks."
The law bans doctors from asking patients if they own a gun. The doctors are arguing that it violates their First Amendment right to discuss safety-related issues with patients.
The group is asking a Florida Appeals Court to reverse the law. Arguments are scheduled to be heard in June.
