Daytona Beach looks to change dress code regulations for vehicles for hire
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Daytona Beach is looking to change some of its regulations when it comes to vehicles for hire.
A proposed amendment would eliminate some city standards for driver dress standards. The changes would also limit any violations to civil penalties to less than $500.
Currently, drivers can be charged with second-degree misdemeanors for violating the city dress code.
