Casey, a 4-month-old, brown, black and white domestic short hair kitten that was found by Theresa Clifton, executive director of the Brevard Humane Society, is looking for his new “forever” home.

The cat was found clinging to the side of a concrete barricade on I-95, between SR-520 and Fiske Boulevard.

He has spent the last few weeks at the Humane Society’s Adoption Center in Cocoa recovering from his injuries.

Casey sustained scratches, burns on the bottom of his paws and road rash to one of his legs during his ordeal on November 23.

Casey has been neutered and placed up for adoption.
