Investigators say Justin Seale, 20, faces a felony murder charge in the death of a 16-year-old boy.  Following a first appearance before a judge, Seale's bond was set at $15,000.

Officers say the stabbing victim and two other teens had planned to steal cash and drugs from Seale in the parking lot of the Stonebrook Apartments.  They say the alleged robbery took a deadly turn when Seale stabbed one of those teens.
