2 Osceola High School students accused of bringing guns on campus

A spokesperson with the Kissimmee Police Department says its officers are working with officials at Osceola High School where two unloaded guns were brought onto campus on two separate occasions by two different students.

The first incident occurred on September 28, 2015, when a student made staff members aware that the male student had brought a gun to school.  The school resource officer located the student and recovered the unloaded .380 handgun.

The second incident occurred on Wednesday, when a student made a teacher aware that another male student had shown a gun while in class.  That student was located by the school resource officer and the unloaded .380 handgun was recovered.

In both incidents, the students were arrested and taken to the Juvenile Detention Center in Orange County.
