13-foot bronze statue of Arnold Palmer unveiled
BAY HILL, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A 13-foot bronze statue of Arnold Palmer was unveiled Saturday morning at Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club.
The statue is a replica of one that stands at Wake Forest University, Palmer's alma mater.
The bronze statue weighs 1,392 pounds, and it depicts Palmer as he finishes a powerful swing.
The statue was originally created by sculptor Bruce Wolfe and took eight months to complete.
Palmer passed away in September of last year.
