LAKE MARY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Three SunRail trains are at a standstill in Seminole County. Officials say trains P328, P330 and P332 are suspended due to police activity involving a fatality.
Authorities did not immediately release the identity of the deceased. Around 7 p.m. deputies responded to reports a person had been struck by a train in Lake Mary, near the intersection of Old Lake Mary Road and Pedigo Point.
Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol are assisting the Seminole County Sheriff's Office in this investigation. SunRail has implemented a bus bridge for passengers traveling between the Lake Mary and Sanford stations.
