TAMPA, Fla. (FOX 35 ORLANDO) - It looks like K9 Titan is doing well during his recovery!
The St. Petersburg Police Department tweeted out photos of Titan, who is on the mend after being shot in the leg by a suspect who fled during a traffic stop.

"Titan is doing great!" the police department tweeted from the Partridge Animal Hospital where the K9 is being treated. "He would love to be out working, but he has a splint on his leg and is under strict orders for cage rest. This handsome guy is getting so much attention from our staff!! 💙🖤💙"
Titan won the hearts of people across the country after photos of him laying in the hospital went viral.
