Florida governor sounds Zika alarm

- Florida Gov. Rick Scott is sounding an alarm about the Zika virus. He says the state will experience a "disaster" if federal authorities don't immediately provide money to help battle the virus.

The Republican governor has visited Washington, D.C., in an effort to get Congress to act, and in a letter to President Barack Obama calls it "profoundly disappointing" that Congress has not taken "immediate action." Florida currently has 162 cases of Zika virus, including 38 pregnant women.
