Easy to make Valentine's meal

Seafood Cocktail

4 oz lump crab meat

4oz cooked shrimp 

1 lobster tail cooked and diced

3 tbsp Marie rose sauce (see recipe)

2 lemon wedges

1 oz petit lettuce leaves washed


Combine all seafood with marie rose sauce gently stirring. Place lettuce in a wine glass to form a bed gentle spoon cocktail on top and garnish with lemon wedge

Marie rose sauce


1/2 cup mayonnaise 

2 tablespoons ketchup 

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 

Coarse salt 

2 splashes hot sauce


In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, and lemon juice; season with salt and hot sauce.

Quick chocolate mousse

3 oz chocolate ( use good quality chocolate)

1 tbsp milk

2 cups nonfat greek yogurt 

¼ cup fresh berries of choice


Place milk and chocolate in a microwavable bowl and microwave for 30 secs until chocolate has melted. Stir together. Fold gently into yogurt until incorporated and place in to chilled glasses. Garnish with berries and enjoy
