Deputy saves teen trapped underneath a car

A Kentucky deputy is being called a hero after rescuing a teen. The tense moments were captured on Deputy Ryan Strange's body cam. While on duty this past weekend, Strange game across a 15-year-old boy who had been hit by a car while skateboarding.

The teenager was trapped underneath the vehicle when strange arrived on scene. The deputy jumped into action quickly and grabed a jack from the back of his SUV, and used it to pull the teen out. Deputies are not required to carry jacks in their cars.  Luckily, Deputy Strange says he always does have a jack, in case a driver needs help changing a tire. This time though--it was used to save a life.
