Alleged shed burglars caught by deputies in Webster

Sumter County deputies arrested two men, who are accused of stealing out of a shed.

Officials say they responded to a burglary call around 4:30 a.m. on Tuesday on 12th Drive in Webster. The caller said they were able to see two men loading a truck and trailer up with items from nearby sheds.

Deputies contacted the owner, who told them that the two men were not supposed to be there, and they were promptly arrested. Officials say the trailer they were using was stolen too.

They have been identified as Jordan Tyler Hancock, 19, and Robert Holladay, 23. Both are charged with are charged with Criminal Mischief, Burglary, and Grand Theft. Holladay was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Hancock was charged with Drug Equipment Possession.
