Pope Francis' U.S. trip plans revealed

The first stop on that trip will be to Washington, D.C.

The Vatican said Pope Francis' trip will begin on September 19 and that he added the Cuba leg onto the U.S. trip at the last minute after helping contribute to the historic thaw in U.S.-Cuba relations.

The pope will become the first pope to address Congress during his D.C. leg of his trip.
