Orlando fire investigating two suspicious fires

Orlando fire arson investigators are looking into two suspicious fires that were started Saturday morning.

Firefighters, along with Orlando police were called to an abandoned car wash at 1601 East Colonial Drive around 10:40 a.m., Saturday, after flames and smoke were seen coming from the building.

The next fire was called in around 11:40 a.m., Saturday behind a vacant building.  Firefighters said someone set fire to some trash.

Arson investigators are looking into the possibility the fires are related.

Firefighters said westbound lanes of Colonial are shut down at Altaloma Boulevard while they continue their investigation.
